Hey ladies :.) For those of you who love the cookie press... Here is a delicious Chocolate Butter Cookie recipe. I use a leaf, pumpkin and square (spritz?) cookie press options and then sprinkle orange/red sprinkles on them and call them my harvest cookies. They are delicious!
Chocolate Butter Cookies
1/2 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Butter, softened
1 Egg Yolk
1 tsp. Almond Extract (BEST part!)
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
In a large bowl, combine sugar, butter, egg yolk, and almond extract. Beat until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour and cocoa until well mixed. Pack together and toss in cookie press OR shape dough however you'd like. Bake at 375 degrees on ungreased cookie sheet for 7-9 minutes or until set. Cool and eat or you can freeze for later! Enjoy :.)

OOOOOO..... My hubby doesn't like the plain butter ones, but maybe he will go for these! I love to bake cookies, especially pretty ones! Thanks!
