Whole Roasted Chicken
A better use for your bunt pan.
Straddle your whole chicken on the center pedestal of the bunt pan
Add veggies (potato, carrots, onions)
Mrs. Dash the whole thing
bake 350 for 1 hour
P.S. Kroger and Meijer have whole chicken on sale approx.$4-$5.
If you have a hole in the top of your pan, cover with aluminum foil.

Great idea...I never thought of roasting a chicken on the center of a bundt pan but that sounds great...I will have to try this one too!!
The word straddle really had me there for a minute! HA! This sounds so awesome...and I think I actually have a chicken in my freezer. I think I'm gonna try this out on my inlaws!
So few people appreciate the word straddle as I do.
