DVT anyone?

Anyone ever know someone who has dealt with Post Traumatic DVT? My FIL has had blood clots in the past and most recently (in the past 2 weeks) had one in his calf... apparently the problem is resolved, but there is this lingerly off the charts pain. Off the charts meaning my MIL is currently considering calling the ambulance b/c he can't get out of bed. He took 2 Vicodin yesterday and the pain never subsided. If you or someone you know could possibly help with a dr you had luck with or a specialist... etc, please let me know.
