Kaley Kite

Hey friends!
I wanted to give an update on our friends (BJ and Darlene) 2 year old daughter (Kaley) who was just diagnosed this past weekend with stage 4 malignant liver cancer. They spoke with the oncologists today at Riley and the plan is to start chemo today. She will have 6 months of chemo, then a liver transplant, and then another 2 rounds of chemo. This is plan keeping in mind she can't get sick while these treatments are underway as that would delay/alter the process. Please continue to pray specifically that God will heal her of this cancer. We also ask that you continue to pray for BJ and Darlene....that they would remain close to one another, that they would remain close to the Lord during this incredibly diffcult and unimaginable trial, as well as for the sweet little life Darlene is growing in her. She is currently 18 weeks pregnant as well. They are very faithful to the Lord and are certain that He has a hand in their lives and will work in Kaley...please pray they remain this way day to day as they see the effects of chemo and a prolonged stay in the hospital.

**For those interested, I will let you know what kinds of things the Kite's are needing/wanting, as well as when more dates to bring them meals to the hospital. I am more than happy to pick items up from you and take them to the Kite's when I go into work
